Goo Goo Dolls join Def Leppard and The Struts at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, on March 17, 2027. Listed on ticketscambridgema.com under Concerts and Pop / rock, the date brings together three rock acts for an arena concert. Prices currently start around $120, with costs varying by seat location and availability.
Formed in Buffalo, New York, in 1986, Goo Goo Dolls grew from punk and alternative beginnings into a long-running pop-rock band led by vocalist and guitarist John Rzeznik and bassist and vocalist Robby Takac. Their 1998 album Dizzy Up the Girl became a defining release, featuring “Iris,” “Slide” and “Black Balloon.” Other fan favorites include “Name,” “Here Is Gone” and “Big Machine.”
The band's catalog spans more than three decades, connecting emotionally direct songwriting with guitar-led rock arrangements. “Iris,” in particular, has become a signature singalong, while the group's later releases—including 2022's Chaos in Bloom—reflect its continued recording and touring career. The supplied event listing identifies Def Leppard and The Struts as the other acts; a specific opening-act order has not been confirmed.
For Boston concertgoers, TD Garden's central location makes the show accessible from downtown and the North Station transit hub. The venue's arena scale suits a multi-act bill, with room for energetic rock performances and a broad view of the stage from its seating levels.
TD Garden is a major indoor arena in Boston, hosting concerts alongside the city's professional sports events. For this concert, floor seating and lower-bowl sections generally offer the closest views of the performers and stage production. These locations are a strong choice for fans who prioritize proximity and a more immersive live-show atmosphere.
Upper-level seats can be a practical option for a wider view of the full stage and arena, often at a lower price. Before choosing, review the event's seating map: concert stage placement can affect sightlines, and seats behind or beside the stage may have a restricted view.
Parking around TD Garden is available in nearby garages, but event traffic and limited spaces can make arriving early worthwhile. Compare current rates and walking distances before setting out; prices and availability may change for concert dates.
